"Oh but of course," Marius shakes his head, amusement clear in his eyes. "How could I ever forget about those laundresses?" He remains mute on Courfeyrac's remark regarding their aging; he quickly catches the sour look on Violet's face.

"I'm not worried about my own forgetfulness," Violet dryly speaks before turning to lead them on to the actual path they are meant to be on.
